Partiamo dal fatto che siamo arrivati mezz'ora prima intorno alle 13,30 sono entrato e una dipendente mi ha detto.... Mi dispiace ma si entra dalle 14 in poi senza dire ora vi faccio accomodare ed abbiamo aspettato sotto al sole..... Poi dimenticatosi che gli era stato detto che avevamo un gattino mi ha poi detto che il gatto doveva stare chiuso in gabbia senza farlo uscire perché poteva rompere le tende e graffiare i mobili in quanto gli ho detto che il mio gatto aveva il tiragraffi con se e non era animale che potesse fare cise del genere.... in quanto gli ho risposto che leoni e tigri si fanno stare in gabbia, ma al circo.... povero gattino senza ne bere e ne mangiare e fare bisogni.... Entrati in camera per appoggiare un po sul letto e c'erano lenzuola sporche di sangue... Piatto doccia pieno di capelli, e poi volevano parlare del mio gattino.... La sera abbiamo cenato, pagato, e poi ci avevano detto il giorno dopo che noi non avevamo pagato la cena..... Cose assurde e orribili..... La dipendente scostumata e maleducata e non sa nemmeno vivere e non ha nemmeno un cuore......

Carino, situato a pochi chilometri da zoomarine , la nostra camera una tripla e' abbastanza spaziosa e con un bel balconcino, condizionatore telefono e TV. La nota più positiva il personale della reception, due ragazze veramente molto simpatiche e disponibili

Si potrebbe cominciare dal fatto che l’arredamento sia anni 80, ma questa potrebbe essere considerata una scelta di stile. Appena entrato in camera una delle due luci della camera non funzionante. Griglia di aerazione ricoperta di polvere. Armadio con anta che non si chiude. Bagno appena decente e non molto pulito. Doccino che schizza acqua da tutte le parti, anche fuori dal box doccia, peraltro sporco come il piatto doccia. Televisione di fatto inutilizzabile perché funzionano 5 canali mediaset e rai 4 e 5. Pezzi dello zoccolino mancanti. Polvere sulle lampadine della luce del comodino. Ma la cosa veramente indecente è questa. Al piano terra, forse della stessa proprietà c’è un bar direttamente collegato all’hotel. Alcune camere tra cui la mia sono direttamente sopra al primo piano. La mattina dalle 6 musica a tutto volume da svegliarti, per non parlare del pomeriggio quando vorresti rilassarti un’ora dopo il lavoro e fino alle 20 è come avere una cassa sotto il letto. Segnalato e ovviamente nulla è cambiato. Cercate altro.

Hotel in an excellent position, well connected to both the Zoo Marine and the center of Pomezia. The room they gave me was very dirty and full of mosquitoes. The episode where my arms fell was when I asked to warm up the baby food of my son, a child of only 10 months, specifying that I would provide a saucepan and food where I was told by a gentleman with glasses that it was the holder that could only be heated if you dined in the hotel restaurant. Unworthy and inhumane gesture.

Avoid this “Hotel “ if possible! Went there because of a deal with Zoo Marine. Rated 4 stars and it looks like a 1 star hostel. Everything in the room is 40 years old, air conditioning totally broken, noisy and with a bad smell. No staff, check-in made in another Hotel. No one in the reception. No window protection from mosquitoes...... in a area full of those annoying insects. In one word: terrible.

Hotel pessimo Abbiamo prenotato al hotel principe ma poi ci hanno spostato all hotel l aquila che è sempre dello stesso proprietario Camera piccolissima,vecchia anni 80, prese non funzionanti, doccia inutilizzabile con temperatura impossibile da gestire o acqua gelida o a 100 gradi, pessimo pessimo pessimo Personale scortese Colazione indescrivibile, troppe persone nella sala buffet sovraffollato, l ultimo giorno ci hanno fatto attendere 15 minuti prima di entrare in sala causa troppe persone e quando siamo entrati nom ci volevano servire la colazione in quanto ormai la cucina era in procinto di chiusura. Senza parole Prezzo estremamente sopra la media rispetto la bassissima qualità offerta
