"It's a hotel in bad condition, and the worst breakfast I've seen in this region. It's also smelly, like they are trying to hide bad smell with perfume everywhere. This could have been ok in the 80's maybe, but not now. The elevator has no inspection sticker and the display is broken, so you don't know witch floor it is. The bed is fresh and ok though. No international channels on the TV at all."

"It was a hotel where we were supposed to stay for three long days during our tour. It's rumored to be a 4-star hotel (it's not). We checked in around 8 PM on the first day. The rooms were cold, the air conditioning didn't heat, and their excuse was that we'd arrived late anyway and the problem would be fixed tomorrow. They give this response at a 4-star hotel. Breakfast didn't include eggs, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, or deli meats. They claim this is the standard breakfast, but we saw a better breakfast served in a different room. The staff constantly makes excuses."
