Amazing accommodations and Quality Service. They have two very large pools - one of them heated and a hot tub. Great location being right at the beach. Will be staying here again I'm near future.

Wonderful service all around. Great staff that fully lives up to providing fantastic customer experience!! Clean rooms, amazing views of the Ocean from our balcony. One minor inconvenience was that our mini fridge was barely cold and the door on it did not want to stay shut. With temps in the 90s, having cold beverages is nice. Shout out to the wonderful staff that we met…ELZIE R- his smile is infectious and makes everyone feel right at home. MIGUEL & MAX-attentive to all the details that made the outdoor experience feel like a 10 star service. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Will never return nor recommend to anyone. Cockroaches in the room. Housekeeping left our old washcloths in the shower for two days . First thing you see when you walk in is a tattered edge of a rug and institutional box springs. Brown stains on the sliding glass door curtains. For the resort fee at a beach resort you don’t even get an umbrella, you have to pay $20. Beach attendant doesn’t clean off chairs , just leaves sand from the previous day on them. Front desk incompetent. I liked the valet staff. Very friendly and hard workers.

I asked the housekeeper to help me clean up broken glass in my room. Housekeeping did not help clean up the bottle broke. She gave me the broom for me to clean it. She did not have a dustpan. I cleaned it up. Expected more support from housekeeping

Arda was great! He provided a quick and excellent check-in experience and made sure I had everything I needed before even asking. Amazing customer service! The rooms are spacious and well maintained and clean. I love the balcony and the beach access.

The hotel staff was very friendly. If you need anything additional, I would ask in person. Calling the front desk results in either no one answering or they do not complete the task requested. The hotel was dated and minor repairs are needed everywhere. Our room was next door to some repairs that were going on 3 out of the four days of our stay. The TV quit working after 2 days. The price point is too high for what you get and everything is very expensive and not worth the price point. I would not recommend for the price.
