"Had a great experience here.....pool and gardens are as beautiful as the photos. Rooms were updated and very clean. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the beautiful parks of Pompano Beach. It is an older building and there is empty lots/construction around but with the lush tall palms and bamboo trees you would never know it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Hotel is luxurious and representable but if you are going to park in the parking lot, just know your going to need to use your room card to get in and out of the parking lot. There will be a possibility that the card won’t work like it happened to me. We gave numerous of walks back and forth to get our parking ticket stamped in order to come out of the parking lot. Also in the room you would need to keep you card in a slot to keep the bathroom and hallway light on. In order to use the elevator you need to swipe your room key card as well. Unfortunately, this was only a 1 night at this hotel. And we had more headaches than any other we had stayed before. Hotel is nice and all but all the tech and going back and forth is not worth it."

"Hotel was in a great location and the amenities were very nice. Pool(s) and beach were top of the line. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the room. It was clean and comfortable, however the television did not work. When we reported it to the front desk, they assured us “we would not be penalized”!!!??? Also, the bathroom was very small and had no towel racks. Main complaint, however, was our room location. Do not book room 104 unless you want to hear elevator dinging and loud guests using said elevator at all hours of the night."

I was here for a family reunion and my family stayed at a few different places all of which were so dirty and outdated. I was so grateful for the pride and care the Lowkl staff took with Sea Steps. "We found out that as of TODAY the hotel pools will be closed until February 2025. There was no notice of this when we booked or checked in. We found out this more when we went down for breakfast & saw the signs. Today was our last day but we were planning on using the amenities since there was a resort fee. Turned out the weather due to storm Denise wouldn’t allow us the use the beach. This hotel did not meet expectations and was overpriced for the quality, location & amenities."
