Nice family run hotel in the Pompano area. Great beach and amenities. What I didn’t like: monotonous breakfasts, few places to sit for breakfast, only in the lobby; small pool and number of sunbeds around the pool; the number of rooms is old and simple; the rooms are poorly cleaned; You can’t go anywhere without a car, there’s not a single grocery store nearby;

Consistently a great experience. We visit several times a year. Friendly folks are always happy to see us. It’s not a big hotel. More boutique. But it never feels crowded or over loaded. The restaurant staff and valet parking teams are especially helpful

The valet was the most pleasant. No towels were available for the pool or beach, the linens on the bed were old and had stains, they skimp on a mediocre breakfast buffet where the staff seems way too stressed, some of the front desk staff were downright cold and unfriendly. The restaurant that used to be quite good has changed ownership. Calamari was cold, conch fritter undercooked, rice hard. Waited for service by the beach kiosk for 15 minutes while staff ran back and forth between the beach, the kiosk and the restaurant neither one acknowledging us to even say "I'll be right with you" while avoiding eye contact. This is hospitality?? Don't stay here if you have other options. Staff morale is too low. Our second stay and very disappointing we wont be back.

Terrific beach location in Pompano. Daily breakfast and fantastic staff! We cant say enough about Bridgette and Portia who made our stay extra special. They work hard every day to create a fantastic breakfast experience. Their warmth and wilingness to help is very much appreciated. It is the people who make a big difference at this property. Rooms are comfortable and washer/dryer is a must for longer stays. Jason helped with the perfect room and we cant overlook the valet (Daniel, Frank and Filipe) who are always smiling. Thanks to all to make our stay so special.

Residence Inn is in the top 3 best hotels we ever stayed in. Soon as we arrived in the parking we where greeted with a big friendly smile from Frank the valet. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and well organized. In the morning a full staff was helping with the breakfast to make sure att all times we have everything we need. The pool was exceptionally maintained. We traveled with 2 kids and this hotel was a family friendly hotel.

My family spent almost a week with this hotel which is ok and meets expectations. I believe that some room furniture like a sofa and beach furniture might be renovated. The hotel team provides very kind and attentive service. The hotel restaurant serves a delicious food. In general hotel has a good package of amenities and great location with beach direct connection. I am highly appreciated valet parking service at the hotel with kind assistance of Frank and Antonio always willing to help
