What a great stay! Such a great staff! Braden was wonderful! Also I he girl at the desk was so encouraging. It's an older hotel but clean.

The hotel and the rooms are great... unfortunately they charge extra for parking and not too little... $25 a night... for that I get a whole room in Bangkok with a balcony and a pool... absolutely nonsense.. .
Then there was the fact that there is a construction site there... and the breakfast is also a joke... at least how it is handled... because there are no decent seats...

The location of this property is excellent. The pool area does not have enough lounge chairs for guests. I was lucky to go out early in the morning and get one which turned out to be very beautiful. The hotel is in need of refurbishing in a lot of areas, The outdoor bar and restaurant were lovely and staff is great. I think for the price per night it was definitely worth it and I probably would return.

Location is not bad but facility needs a renovation. 1st room we were sent to had bed up on its side against wall and fan airing room out. went back, got apology and sent to second room overlooking rusty roof and room looked like not updated since building built.If renovated, this hotel could do well

The staff is very accommodating! I was with a block of rooms and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome and needs were met. They went above and beyond for me. It is a nice hotel for a quiet get away with an upscale feel. It’s an older hotel so they are doing some renovations but would like room darkening curtains since exterior lights don’t shut off. Bring an eye mask. Thank you for the great service!

Great place. My second time. Views from the balcony are amazing. You can see the Ocean and all the yachts in the intercostal. Room appeared to be recently remodeled. Bed was great. Bathroom updated and very nice. Staff was excellent, especially Juliette at the front desk. Very cool bar and restaurant. Only thing I would change is to add coffee makers to the rooms. No coffee in the lobby either. Other than that, excellent, especially for the money compared to hotels a block closer to the beach.
