Nos hemos alojado una sola noche en uno de los apartamentos de 1 dormitorio y nos ha encantado, muy completo, limpio y muy cerca de la playa. Volveremos aunque para quedarnos algún día más. La cama maravillosa y el sofá también! Muy practica la entrada con código!

I booked (for 11/11/2022) via a third party, and due to some negative reviews, I decided to email the property directly through its website. I got a reply from Hospitality Services Management that "our property has been closed for months now. Unfortunately, we are not accepting reservations. Call your agency to make sure the correct name of the hotel. It could be a misunderstanding." The name and address are exactly the same. Now I had to call the third-party website (memberdeals.com) and my credit card (that's why I always use my AmEx for reasons like this) to dispute the charge. Why is this business still listing rooms for rent on so many third-party websites AND its own website if it's not taking reservations except to try to defraud people of their hard-earned money! People are expecting a place to sleep, some unsuspecting when they arrive and it's not open?! Absolutely terrible! Thank goodness I double-checked before arriving!

Me encanto la ubicación y que tenía una cocina bien equipada. Esta súper cómodo y limpio. Estuve una sola noche y me arrepiento de no haber cogido más días. La playa súper cerca y los restaurantes. Parking gratis. Fue una buena experiencia. Lo recomiendo.

J’ai dû réserver une nuit d’hôtel à 20h30 en catastrophe après 4h passées devant l’hôtel Costa este Pompano beach a attendre le code pour la chambre. J’ai appelé 30 fois le numéro d’urgence qui n’a jamais répondu, j’ai envoyé des sms et plusieurs mails. L’hôtel m’avait demandé une copie de mon passeport et une photo de ma carte bancaire recto verso qq jours avant. J’avais répondu qu’il n’était pas recommandé d’envoyer ses informations de paiement et je leur demandais comment faire autrement. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Ce jour-là 2 autres familles étaient dans la même situation que moi à attendre des heures devant l’hôtel et à avoir dû réserver un autre établissement en urgence.

I traveled from abroad and didn’t have mobile conection. They send me the codes at check inn time,so I had to get wifi conection somewhere else to get the codes. Nobody answer the calls or messages in case you need something… so you just have to solve things by yourself. Also, there was an ant infestation in the bathroom, kitchen and bed.

The place is very clean, ample spaces, excellent beds and all the kitchen utensils you will need for a short stay near the beach. The location is very good, just a block away from the beach. Check-in is a breeze with no contact service, all codes and room assignments are done via messages. Amy is very helpful, speaks English and Spanish. I will definitely recommend it and I surely will go back in the future.

Location was excellent,very large comfortable room and clean.Quiet place close to everything beach,restaurants and food facilities. Room had TV,coffee maker,2 king beds and great parking. Come visit Pompano and you will be very satisfied . Will come again!

Muy buena relación precio calidad. Todo muy sencillo y algo descuidado pero La ubicación excelente. Cama cálida y cómoda. Todos los elementos de cocina que hacen a un buen pasar. Igualmente No tiene horno. A Metros de la playa y te entregan sillones y sombrilla para ir a la misma. La atención vía WhatsApp es buena. Algo para decir es que no hay personal, por ende los inconvenientes no se pueden solucionar en el momento.

I've stay at the Costa Este Pompano Beach numerous times. This place is great! One block off the beach. Right near everything you need. Rooms are very nice and clean. Rates are very good also. Great place to stay!!!
