Che dire sono tornato dopo un po’ di tempo, ricordo che ero stato con mia madre. Sono tanti ricordi, accoglienza eccellente, cortesia e gentilezza del personale della reception e del ristorante, stanza molto bella e moderna. Poi il garage gratuito. Grazie ci ritornerò.

位置很好，在龐貝廢墟對面，停車場也在對面，免費趴車；但酒店比較老舊，維護🉐️不算太好，價格便宜

太喜歡這個酒店了，早餐樣式不多但能吃飽。去那不勒斯、維蘇威火山、阿馬爾菲都是1個半小時左右，酒店有很多檸檬樹，此行最滿意的酒店

So glad we stayed here ahead of the other choices available. The citrus garden is the jewel in the crown and the most serene sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the street outside that the next nearest hotel(s) do not offer in quite the same way, especially with the plants coming into flower and the perfume coming off them, although I might say it would be even better if the music in the he garden was delayed until later in the day and patrons could enjoy the morning birdsong with breakfast. All the staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The deluxe and supreme rooms we were in were pristine and the food was great. I would definitely recommend Hotel Forum to any visitor to Pompeii and would repeat a stay myself.

Reserved a suite for 2 nights. There was a gas smell/leak from the towel warmers that caused headaches. And we couldn’t turn off the heat in the room. Couldn’t sleep and had to leave after only one night. They charged me for both nights and I asked for a refund for the unused night, which is unprofessional. Staff was very kind. But I would avoid the hotel.

Breakfast was outstanding. Room condition and comfort was also excellent. Great location - across the street was Pompei archeological site. I would definitely use again and recommend this hotel.

We had an exceptional experience at the Hotel Forum. The rooms were simple, but very nice. Our room overlooked the street and had a great view of Mt. Vesuvius, and even though it faced the street, it was very quiet. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where the reality was as good or better than the pictures on their website. The restaurant had a beautiful view of the courtyard with orange and lemon trees. The main courtyard near the entrance was equally beautiful with organs and lemon trees and a great place to relax with a drink after a day of touring. The staff was very nice, but a special thanks to Elana in the restaurant. Our first night there, after a long travel day we were exhausted. She invited us to eat in the dining room long before they normally served dinner and it was delicious. She was also very friendly and breakfast and helped us with our attempts to learn the language. Lastly, location for Pompei was excellent. Thirty yards from one of the entrances to Pompeii, and ten minute to Pompei train station (a longer, but still easy walk to Pompei-Scavi translation.) Would highly recommend.
