"Why didn't trip.com tell me there's no hot water. I called amenities 2 times they didn't respond. I didn't take a shower. When I came to the room it was so cold. I would demand refund some money because no hot water. The cleanliness is ok, WiFi works perfect."

"The front desk staff was enthusiastic and friendly, and helped to book tickets online to visit the volcano and Pompeii. They also provided information on where to get on the bus to visit the volcano and the train station back to Naples. As a long-term free traveler around the world, I will choose this place next time I come to Naples and Pompeii."

"We booked the Costa Hotel in Pompei for a last minute visit to see the Pompei Ruins and Hurculaneum, and surrounding area, via a booking online agent, for late february to early March. The Hotel is tucked away in an authentic part of the the edges of Pompei, away from the hustle and bustle. We were greeted with smiles by the owner and team, this is a family built and run Hotel, and you can see and hear they take great pride in giving you a great experience. The rooms are comfortable, and spotless., with. ensuite facilities, and we had a small balcony with views of Mount Versuvius. We were staying during off peak, so not many other guests, but they still opened the breakfast bar for us in the evenings to enjoy dinner from their home cooked menu. They have their own shuttle bus, and will drop you at the rail station if you dont want to walk, at no cost. The nearest station is very close, but closed during our stay for renovation/ repairs, so its a 25 minute brisk walk to the next one, Pioppaino, so that really helped on the days we were scheduled to visit the sites with lots of walking. They were helpful in booking taxis and transfers when needed, and the little bar in the evenings was perfect for tea coffee or any selection of drinks and snacks. All in all nothing to fault, and would definately reccomend this as a Hotel worth a visit."

"After comparing many options, I chose this hotel. It's close to the back entrance of Pompeii, making it convenient to get to the ancient city and Pompeii train station. The ruins of Pompeii can't be seen in half a day; it's worth visiting on the second day."
