Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump. We had a hard time getting into the whole building as we had to walk to a side street entrance and it’s part of what looks to be a gated apartment complex and we couldn’t get in. When someone came out we went in and to the floor of the hotel and nobody was there. We called the number 3 times and they hung up on us all 3 times. Since it was getting dark and we were in a bike in rediculous traffic we found another hotel southwest. When we arrived I had a WHATS APP message from the hotel. We tried to get them to not bill us since THEY weren’t there based on their listed times and even after going through Orbits yo contact them yo dispute they refused. We are not happy about it but we felt safer NOT staying in the city and just taking a bus to your Pompei.

Malgré un bon accueil, une chambre très propre et une bonne situation géographique ( centre et site archéologique) l’hôtel se trouve au premier étage d’un immeuble à appartement très vétuste tout le mondes rentre et tout les mondes sort avec un ascenseur d’une autre époque très peut rassurant ( personnes à mobilités réduites) très brouillant. Petit déjeuner très médiocre ( un café +un croissant industriel)

I had booked a room for a week in another location when we were planning on renting a car. We ended up not renting a car and we were in an area that was not convenient for tourists. And then I found this GEM!!!! Fabio and his family run this hotel. He rented us a balcony room. We were right above the little coffee cafe that we went for breakfast each morning. Just a few more steps and we were in the city square located at the beautiful Sanctuary. We were surrounding by shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean, comfortable and very safe. Fabio was always a phone call away with any question we had. Walking distance to four of the ruins' entrances. Being there for five days let us really begin to feel part of the neighborhood. Using the train, we visited Sorrento. Everyone we met was friendly and kind just like Fabio, the owner of Hotel Piccolo Sogno. Dream trip!!

Le camere sono al primo piano di uno stabile che, al momento, non fa una bella impressione, visto da fuori (in ristrutturazione) ma dentro è tutto pulito, funzionale e la posizione centrale consente di spostarsi facilmente tra l'area degli scavi e il santuario. Buona esperienza.

Hotel molto curato nei particolari, nelle stanze ci sono dipinti in stile pompeiano, molto pulito e ordinato. Molto disponibile il proprietario che è pronto ad aiutare in ogni occasione i suoi ospiti. Posizione comodissima perché vicinissimo all'ingresso degli scavi, al centro e alla stazione dei treni, leggermente più distante la stazione della circumvesuviana, ma raggiungibile comunque a piedi in 15 minuti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti. Partendo dalla posizione: l’hotel è vicinissimo alla piazza principale è agli scavi di Pompei, inoltre si trova a venti minuti di macchina dalla costiera, quindi comodissimo per raggiungere i posti più importanti della zona. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono e conveniente considerando i prezzi della costiera. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato è risultata essere più carina rispetto alle foto e disponeva di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario Fabio è stato eccezionale, molto disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utilissimi sia per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti che i ristoranti. Lo consiglieremmo perché è stato un piacevole soggiorno!
