There is a problem with the name of this hotel. How dare you call it a villa? It can only be called a country house. Except that it is close to the entrance of Pompeii, the rest is lackluster. The house was extremely humid and always filled with odors. There were more ants, flies, and mosquitoes than any other. For two nights, the mosquitoes kept me awake. It is said that breakfast is included, but it is monotonous and repetitive every day and there is nothing to eat. Because there was nowhere to eat dinner in the remote area, I was forced to eat at a B&B. However, the meals were almost the same for three days, so I charged a lot of money. I was especially speechless when I left because the B&B was far away from the train station and public transportation was inconvenient. Our train was earlier, so we had no choice but to ask the boss to send us to the station. He readily agreed and said he would not pay for it. Only later did we find out that he only gave it to us. I just found a taxi and the fare was not a penny less. It turns out that good people can do this!

what a lovely place. the location is amazing, only 10 minute walk to restaurants, the ruins, trains & bus stops. there's even a supermarket about 20 minutes walk away. the family who run the b&b are so so lovely, they were so kind and helpful and even helped us book a taxi to the airport after our bus didn't arrive! the food was incredible, if you stay (which you should!) you MUST order dinner here but definitely make sure you have room as there is a lot and it's only €30. the rooms are standard but i was very comfortable and it has everything you need. would 100% stay here again!!!

Just perfect. Small, Family run business where nothing is too much trouble. Dinner is just incredible and home cooked, you seriously have to try it. Not enough characters for me to give the little gem justice, the perfect base for myself and my daughter.. 😍

We leave thinking that we have lived for a few days in a friendly, endearing and family-friendly place. No need to look elsewhere when the desire pushes us towards Pompeii again because so many discoveries are still to come in this city engulfed by lava.

We stayed at VILLA FRANCA over the Easter period and felt at home as soon as we arrived. Very welcoming room and as far as the food is concerned, to say very good is an understatement, everything plentiful and cooked perfectly. The location is excellent, a few steps away is the Circumvesuviana with which you can travel comfortably to go to Naples or Sorrento and you forget about the car that you park inside the garden of the structure. I was on a family trip to Italy and had the absolute pleasure of experiencing a truly remarkable meal. It was by far the best meal I had filled with endless surprises of delicious Italian cuisine. We were a group of 13 and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal.

I was planning a trip with my siblings and spouses from the US and I asked Guiseppe for advice on how to transport my family of 11 adults to the Amalfi Coast. He went above and beyond to make arrangements and facilitate contacts for us beyond our needs in Pompeii. The dinner they served was superb and plentiful. They are located in an extremely convenient spot adjacent to the train station. Easy walking for our group of 55-73 year olds to the ruins of Pompeii. If you’re looking for family style hospitality then this is your spot. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent location next to rail tracks where you can hop the train. The host accommodated our very late check in two hours after check in closed as we had various issues on the way there. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, can leave car there protected and walk to do Pompeii Ruins. Only issue is train is noisy late and early, but not middle of the night.

Great value for money. Recommend the homemade dinner option, it was delicious. Owners were very friendly.
This is not a Hilton or Marriott, it is an authentic family run motel/hotel.
Would stay again when visiting.
