Located in a central street, close to bars, restaurants and points of interest. Clean sheets and towels, like the rest of the room. Kindness and courtesy made our stay even more pleasant. We will be back if there is an opportunity!

The pictures on the website are very accurate but having said that there are lot of pictures that have not been taken. As you go through to the upstairs landing where the bedrooms are you are greeted by a building site. The walls are not plastered and there is rubbish and debris strewn about. The stairs are concrete and there is no lift. If we had been told that the hotel was still a work in progress then we would have been prepared! Its more about the question to detail. There is only one small rubbish bin, this is in the bathroom. There are no shelves in the shower for shampoo etc so we had to put everything on the floor. There is no double glazing, so very noisy at night. The breakfast consisted of one cup of coffee and a croissant. We ate in the fish restaurant once. We all had the same except for one person who had the octopus balls in cheese sauce as a starter. They were quite unwell the following morning. Two sachets of green tea per room. No staff on hand to speak of. A very disappointing experience on the whole. No safe for valuables or passports so we carried everything with us.

New and spacious room, very clean, new furniture. Excellent location 5 minutes from the excavations. We arrived late and the guys at the restaurant welcomed us splendidly, helping us climb our bags up the flight of stairs. The only not very positive note is the soundproofing both towards the outside and towards the other rooms. It is not a hotel but a B&B.

The room was very beautiful and spacious, very clean, the furniture new and well-kept. Excellent location for the centre, the station and the excavations. We had a great time and if we go to Pompeii again we will definitely return! Thanks to all the staff for their courtesy, friendliness and professionalism.

Very good location and lovely old building which had been renovated well. The room is located next to a main road, so very noisy day and night, so maybe bring some earplugs to help you sleep. It did not help that the property opposite was being renovated so loud building noises aswell.

Very spacious room, with proportionate bathroom and double shower, small terrace with panoramic view of the sanctuary 300 meters away and, on the opposite side, the station a stone's throw away, connected to each other by the Via Sacra on which various bars, pubs and restaurants open up and pizzerias. We add a minibar, summer/winter air conditioning, super TV, kettle with cups and herbal teas. Five stars so far. Then you have to go down. Common entrance with the restaurant (same management) which you have to cross to reach the stairs whose basement acts as a warehouse for the restaurant itself and you have to go past that too (discount at the restaurant for Crudo Home customers 10%; insignificant). Three days without cleaning. On the second day we found the towel change outside the room: don't they have double keys to enter and do the room? Reception in zero presence, relationships only by messages: but human warmth should be essential to hospitality. But if you want to be left alone, then that's the best. We felt a little abandoned to ourselves, a little looked at as strangers when they returned in the evening and we had to pass between the tables of the restaurant's customers. All in all three stars seems like the right average to me.

Very nice and well-furnished hotel, comfortable accommodation and close to the station (a few meters), the central area of the city where you can stroll and eat well and the archaeological park (2.5 km, we went on foot). Too bad that only one shower towel per person is supplied, apparently the bidet and hand and face towels do not have them. We found rubbish in a drawer (photo attached). Security is completely absent as the door remains open and anyone who goes to the restaurant of the same name can easily access the rooms, whose keys are left in the keyhole. There is no staff to ask for information, but to be honest the manager was very helpful via whatsapp and as soon as we asked for interventions he made them. The breakfast is disappointing because, although of high quality, it consists only of a cappuccino and a brioche from the café next door. Overall it wouldn't be bad if it weren't for the price: we went with a €129.90 smartbox on a Wednesday in November (therefore low season).

The Via Sacra of Pompeii is the refined living room of the city and a room at the "Home Crudo" gives you the sensation of feeling like a darling of life. Spacious, with the high barrel vault typical of the noble palace to which it belongs, with a perfect air conditioner and an excellent bathroom, television, mini-bar, balcony with a spectacular view of the street and the Basilica of the Madonna del Rosario , 4 steps from the station and 5 minutes on foot from the archaeological area, with breakfast at the bar next door, where you can taste the best coffee in Campania, the kindness and sensitivity of the staff of the fish-only restaurant below, the Room becomes the alcove of your dreams. To thank it is certain that we return. Truly two days to remember!

A structure to recommend a stone's throw from the basilica and a few hundred meters from the excavations. Tastefully furnished modern B & B with large bedroom and bathroom with large shower, breakfast is served in the affiliated bar below.
