Booked 4 rooms, the morning of our arrival we even received an email from the hotel confiming for a 3rd time our reservation and that they were expecting us. Only for when we arrive to be told they didn't have ANY rooms for us and that we needed to see with 1) their chain which were absolutely unhelpful and 2) booking. We had to run around town last minute with a 3 year old trying to find another accommodation. I absolutely do not recommend and will never be staying at this hotel or any of the group ever again ! Ps: We bumped into another person who had the same problem as us a few days ago and they even tried to charge them the rooms anyway so this does not seem to be an isolated incident.

Booked this through *********** and then received an email saying we had to pay a deposit to secure the booking. Having tried 3 times to pay and it not working I emailed them several times. A few hours before we checked in we telephoned and we’re told the booking was still ok. When we arrived at 10.30pm we were informed that fab express had cancelled our booking with the hotel. They had 1 room left but just for the night. The room was not great the sheet did not fit the bed. The tv did not work and the Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast was ok but we were charged for the water that was on the table
