Stayed in the month of May, we had a comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, very close to all the shopping and sightseeing spots, all in all a memorable holiday, will definitely recommend.

Can't Believe it's TripAdvisor Choice. No Hot Water, Smelly Rooms, Absolute Terrible Stay. Poor ***agement. Mosquito Hub. Complained and the staff did nothing. We tried to change rooms but we were ignored. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. AVOID.

No hot water in the room when I asked fornt desk was very rude. A/C not working or they switch off in the middle of the night. It was very soffacating ***y small cockroaches in the room, when reported they say its normal there. Lot of mosquitors in the hotel. Bathroom taps and fittings are broken. Very narrow bathrooms. Towels were dirty. Poor house keeping. Doors does not lock properly. They give coupons for breakfast, which you have to eat opposite hotel which is not a good quality restaurant.

Devis Grand is located in heart of Pondicherry and closer to all the Sightseeing places , The hotel is very with good large rooms and the food is extremely good. We were a group of 16 and the check in was very prompt and Mr Chakravarthy the ***ager of Devis Grand is extremely very co- operative and had taken special care towards the group. Terrible Bathrooms . I stayed on 30th December 2022 in room and must admit one of my worst stays ever . The bedsheets were not in good condition . It was like second class lodge . I blindly believed trip advisor without investigating much and paid the price

Hotel Staff were very cooperative. Deluxe Suit room was spacious. Food in the restaurant was good. The location of the hotel is nearby the Ganesha Temple and Beach is on walkable distance. Aurobindo Ashram was also close to the hotel.

Very good hotel , well behaved staffs, couple friendly, food is marvellous, hotel ***ager Mr Chakraborty is very kind and good , rooms are clean . Must stay in this hotel , very near to rock beach 🏖️ .

Rooms are good. But the sound of next rooms can here in our room. We wish fir more service like water.. Soap with body conditioner. TV in rooms are not working. Please make it all clear. And we wish to get hood experience when we visit there on next time.

The service was extremely good and the rooms were clean and comfortable for the customers. We had a great time in this hotel. They are providing us with various facilities too. The workers are extremely friendly with the customers.
