Lotus Bay View Hotel

No car park, No signal inside the hotel , very less ventilation

This hotel is absolutely scam... We booked a room through Agoda, & made a special request that we will be requiring smoking room.. After reaching hotel & checking in hotel staff didn't informed us anything.. and after 1 hour they're informing smoking is not allowed. In addition the hotel staff is informing The mistake is not from hotel side, it's from website fault. The lady in the reception named "SUGANYA" , don't know how to talk... How to pass the information... All these vital information should be pass upon arrival itself... The washroom also not clean in the room... All your mobile network will totally go off once you enter in the room.. 5 times you have to come to reception & beg for your wifi password... In short we came for relaxation but thanks to this hotel & ofcourse the reception staff to make it worst memorable one... ONE GOOD ADVICE... IF YOU COME TO PONDY , DONT EVER TRY TO COME THIS HOTEL.. YOU WILL REGRET LIKE ANYTHING...

One of the only hotels in white town on promenade beach having sea view from the side. Room 102 has best view, although i stayed in 101. There is a hotel called Ajantha Sea view in the same building which has fromt facing sea view. Cost is 5k per night for sea view rooms. Overall good experience.

This is located nearby beach road . Please read this review completely before booking : I have stayed in this hotel ,first experience was okay , but second was worst experience  1) it is not upfront sea view hotel rooms ,its from side balcony sea is visible which can be seen in my video  2) There is an executive room with city view - which was displayed in Agoda website while booking which was 30% to 40% offer , cheapest rate in week , so ***y ads .BUT IN REALITY THIS EXECUTIVE ROOM HAS NO VENTILATION ,NO WINDOWS LITERALLY SUFFOCATING .I approached the front desk to change my room to city view as they said we don't have city view rooms ,wrongly mentioned in website .when i asked to switch for balcony view rooms , i had to pay Rs 2000 extra per day ,as it was weekend this room was provide the next day at 1530 hours only .so ,before booking call to this hotel reception and book only balcony rooms , executive rooms are not worth for 1000rs also as it has no ventilation ,please look at the video yourself for the better idea .i wish this  review  will be helpful before booking .
