Worst experience ever faced , worst room , worst blankets when we put blankets it’s itching, AC not working, when we asked to change room they asked extra money, worst washrooms even flesh is also not working, never suggested this property and never ever go to this at any cost

Neat tidy rooms. Service was good. Only down side is the restaurant is temporarily closed, so no lunch, dinner, tea etc

I felt i was given a used room. It was not cleaned after the previous guest had left. There were used bottles. Bed sheets were not clean and towels as well. Restaurant in the hotel was under renovation so we had to order food from outside. But staff is courteous. After listening to our complaints, they cleaned the room.

Overall the property is cool from outside, ample parking place and accessible to market. Things which are not cool and bot worth the price we pay
1. Makemytrip says restaaurant and bar available, but once u reach hotel the truth is nothing is open. You either go out or call zomato/swiggy 2. Room service is not good. 3. Rooms are bit but not clean, bathroom are not clean. 4. Property lacks basic facilities like bathroom hooks, clean bedsheets, dustbins, rooms smell, no glasses, kettle are not clean overall i would say if u dont get any option in pondy u can choose else dont choose

Hotel rooms are spacious. Bathroom fittings are too old and need replacement. Hotel has old appearance, bit renovation would look much better and would attract more guest.
