Awesome and ambience is good. Swimming pool is well maintained. Good reception. Breakfast taste good.overall had a good stay in Grand Hotel D' Europe. We enjoyed staying . Room service also good.hotel.has a separate car parking which helps us very much. Location of the hotel is at the heart of pondichery which is good for sight seeing purpose. Thank you.

We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay here. The room was huge and the architecture was classic and amazing. The staffs were extremely courteous and helpful. They ensured our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

It is a great place to stay in Pondi. The location is perfect, clean, spacious rooms and a very well maintained pool as well. The food also was delicious. To top it all, the complete team was very courteous and helpful. It is slightly on the expensive side, but we felt it was worth it.

Great place to stay in pondicherry near to beach and ***y restaurants, the interiors are very good woth everything sparkling clean. Overall very well maintained property. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Had a memorable stay at the Grand.

One of the best hotels in Puducherry. It’s in close proximity with almost all the tourist places. The rooms are pretty decent and spacious. The hotel staff is very helpful and hospitable. The hotel restaurant has great food. Highly recommended place.

Car parking is the constraint in this hotel. Absolutely very difficult to get a parking slot on the road

The place is very well located and extremely well maintained. The staff is very helpful. The only thing to keep in mind is that the ground floor rooms are right in front of the swimming pool so there is a lack of privacy that way. However, our stay was overall pretty good.

It was a well spent three days in this heritage hotel. True to its name it is grand with french architecture upgraded to modern times. Staff were courteous. Mr. Muruganad was very kind and helpful in planning the trip and getting us customized food items.
