My first trip was to Club Mahindra in Pondicherry after becoming a member. Unfortunately, I experienced one of the worst services on the first day of my trip. Now, I'm concerned about the quality of service I might receive at other locations over the next three years of my membership. I trusted the salesperson's explanation about Club Mahindra's properties and services, but my experience has been completely different. I've been to Pondicherry three times before and have booked other resorts that offered much better service. Club Mahindra should learn from them how to provide good service to their customers. During the sales pitch, I was assured that I could cancel my membership and get a refund if I wasn't satisfied. However, when I contacted customer care, they denied everything. I feel cheated. I advise anyone considering Club Mahindra membership to think twice before investing their money. I'm highly disappointed with their services
