The room was too cramped and dirty. The sheets which were put above the bed had stains. The toilets were very bad. The taps and the shower nozzle in the toilets were rusted and it wasn't even working properly. The hand shower nozzle was blocked and smelly. The western closet was wobbly and appeared to be very old. Because of the water overflow, the rooms started to smell. The rooms had mosquitoes. The alacarte breakfast they gave was just a name sake and was very bad. The staff in front office appeared to be unqualified and lost. The experience was so bad that we vacated the rooms 14 hrs before our actual check out time. For the amount we paid for the rooms, it was absolutely a waste and a scam. I'm also planning go legally against the resort for their dereliction in service water just leaked everywhere in the toilet.

The stay was amazing, the food is delicious over there. Friendly staff and extremely helpful. They helped us renting a bike and with other small requests. The overall stay was fantastic.

Near to ***y visiting places photgenic rooms and building is positive
staffs are courteous and communicative cost is too hefty for the limited service they provide
breakfast was not a pleasant experience as had to wait around and update the other partner hotel to provide food
ac temp is not controllable. Hotel staffs are not all informative as seems to be new to the place. All facilities needs to reported and got fixed wasn't something i would recommend when we book rooms. It's all made already available.

The vibe of the place is the best but needs serious maintenance for both room and the washroom. Not much food varieties for a vegetarian. Recommended wine with cheese platter was not good.

I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service. The chef for making us excellent food . The hotel has tried to keep the old building as clean as possible. Very prompt service. I felt it has great location as most cafes are extremely near and no need to travel at all.
