Never ever depend this hotel for advance booking. I made a booking for 10 rooms for june marriage function well in advance in Feb-23 by paying Rs. 10,000/- cash. However they failed to give us the rooms for my family guests saying they missed the advance booking receipt. I was helpless and had to visit all the nearby hotels and arrange alternate accomodation with high cost. The owner's reply was like applying chilly paste on wound. He said it was your fault to book rooms with such a gap of time well in advance. He never regretted for the fault of them. The real reason is they have transfered my booking for others for increased revenue.

My stay here was plesent. They arranged a bike for me in 30 min which cost me only Rs 400/day. Staff was friendly. The place is near touristy places and ***y good restaurants. The room was neat and was cleaned when asked. The place has good parking so no worries if your are traveling via car

Sai Sentoor Paradise is a budget friendly hotel in Pondicherry which is in the heart of the city. It’s got easy access to all the major tourist places. I would suggest @ssp_hotels is the go to place, as it’s located at 2km from white town, 12 km from Auroville, also beaches and major restaurants are just minutes away from the hotel. The rooms, ambience, banquet halls, bike rental services and most importantly their hospitality makes their hotel best for your vacation. I recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Pondicherry for your next vacation.
