Amazing place ! lives up to the heritage tag. Very neat and clean and well maintained. The 2nd floor balcony gives a breathtaking view of the sunrise. Food is excellent and the people are very warm and caring.

Fantastic property. Everything walking distance from there. Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The GM takes personal interest in the guests. He spent lot of time with us showing us where to go etc. Defintely plan to go back here.

We had a one night stay here and the reception staff were quite accommodating in terms of getting an extra bed for our son and all that. They also quickly arranged a cake for the dinner because it was his birthday! great customer service. The rooms and the rest of the infrastructure has this quaint old french quarters feel but the refurbishing has been done carefully with all modern amenities. The location of the hotel is also good with lots of things to do in walking distance. All in all, a great stay experience! and not to forget their restaurant in the 2nd floor where we had some amazing seafood dishes!

We were three adults and two children staying for two nights at this lovely hotel in the French part . The hotel is a new build but a replication of the adjoining historic French building. Small with only 18 rooms , large rooms with simple and modern bathrooms with showers and a tub . We preferred the ground floor rooms which were very quiet and faced a lap pool with a lovely long corridor leading upto the reception . The staff are very friendly and always ready to assist with any advice on sightseeing , restaurant recommendations etc . The entire place is spotlessly clean and although the streets of Puducherry are appallingly busy and crowded, this hotel opens out to a relatively cleaner road ! The street is one of the three that still have vestiges of French architecture and some interesting clothing boutiques around the corners of Rue Roman Rolland . Check them out ! The breakfast is served on the terrace cafe with daily options . A happy spread of choices of eggs , fruits and South Indian cuisine. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious with local sea food specialities . Clearly the best meal we had during our visit as we went to the other highly recommended restaurants as well . It’s a quiet place , calm and a soothing atmosphere.

Beautiful heritage property with excellent customer service. Location is beautiful, a stones throw from the Ocean and with many dining options at walkable distance.

Nice french colony experience, very nice and comfortable. Stay a boutique hotel with a nice heritage furniture must visit when in pondicherry.

Hotel is fabulous. However pondicherry as a whole has lost its charm. Too much crowd and dirty streets. We did not feel like getting out of the hotel. Right outside the hotel you will see jobless men ogling at women.
