It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how ***y of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Excellent service and quality food. The rooms at Promenade Pondicherry are spacious, well-appointed, and offer stunning sea views. Unfortunately I was unable to get a sea view room due to non availability of the same. The combination of its prime location, exceptional service, and elegant design makes Promenade Pondicherry a top choice for visitors to Pondicherry. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Pondicherry. You all rock as always.

Hotel location is too good. No parking! food is good but quality has to be improved. Room service like intercom & all poor. But, food was very normal

Property’s location was excellent with one of the best sea views one can get. The service was excellent and the breakfast was amazing with a variety of delicacies.

The stay was good, the location is great. Parking is a trouble. The kitchen closes after 10:30pm. If you are hungry after that, you won't get anything to eat. The hotel is a 3 star property with friendly staff. I found tariffs were too high as compared to the facilities they provide. Overall a good stay.

It’s a high-design hotel so the interiors are mostly in high-design leather, but property needs upgrade. Most of the furniture is old. Good cafe but pricey. Very soft bed which is uncomfortable for indian tourists. Staff is good
