The hotel overall was good. The listed amenities were available, and the room was clean and of decent size. The food and complementary breakfast was good. However, the initial welcome was lacking, and there was no staff member to escort us to our rooms or explain the available amenities. Consequently, we had to navigate everything independently and call reception for clarification. For instance, there was no geyser switch, resulting in cold water. When we inquired, we were instructed to fill a bucket up to access hot water due to centralized heating. It would have greatly improved our experience if someone had accompanied us to our rooms and provided all the information

Ac motor fan noise, toilet fan noise with ceiling fan vibration to make sleepl knights, last 5 years this is the first time i am.

Used their royal suite and don't have anything to complain. Decent room and helpful staff. Breakfast spread could have been better but ok for the price. Taste was good. Would recommend. This is just slightly far from beach (abt 1km, if that's your priority.

It is centrally located, close proximity to all areas of interest. The breakfast buffet is decent enough and rooms are okay. There are 2 car parks, one in the basement and another 2-3 buildings away. If you just want a place to sleep and start the day with decent breakfast, you can go for it.

Good and clean rooms. Washrooms are small but pretty ok for this budget. Well maintained property. Very cool for one night stay and move. Parking is bit tedious as its busy main road. Everything is accessible nearby

We booked two suites. Right from the start the hotel wasn't able to accommodate us properly. Check in was delayed by an hour even though we arrived well after check in time after informing the same prior to our arrival. One of the rooms wasn't properly cleaned. The shower didn't work, which nobody cared to fix and after a day we were shifted to another room. Rooms had mosquitoes but upon requesting for a repellant we were informed none were available. Extremely disappointed. Breakfast was good though. Staff were polite but inefficient.
