對於沒有租車的人來說，交通是非常不方便的，因為Shuttle Bus班次比較少，特別是週末的時候！第二沒有的士！如果電召的士會比APP上面叫車貴一倍！一晚酒店$1000港紙，但係叫一次的士出去市區都已經要$400港紙！而且設施比較殘舊，而且枕頭比較矮！唯一嘅亮點就係景色真的很漂亮！

We stayed here for the first 3 nights of our stay in Madeira, lovely hotel with great views out to the Atlantic Ocean. Hotel is situated on the promenade of Ponta Da Sol and takes up about 2/3rds of it. It’s been built in a sympathetic style to fit in with the local area. Breakfast was included in our room rate and we found a good selection of hot and cold food. We never used the indoor pool but did you’d the interface on the 4th floor on a couple of occasions. Some nice places to eat just around the corner on ‘Bar Street’, the Beach Bar is also a nice place to hang about during the day and early evening. Best sunset on the island and you don’t even need to leave your room. Perfect base to explore the island.

The view from the hotel is nice and there are some great restarants behind the hotel.
My complaint is that my room felt dirty...it had been cleaned but felt greasy and my skin was so itchy from the bed...I am not sure what was causing it but it was noticably different with this hotel vs the others I stayed at on Madeira island. Even though the view was nice, i looked forward to leaving the hotel from right after check in to the time i left.

En general la estancia ha sido buena, aunque pude mejorar, sobre todo en la limpieza de cristales. También puede mejorar la calidad de la comida que, aunque es correcta, podría tener mejor presentación. Lo mejor ha sido la atención del personal, aunque en el comedor en la cena el precio de las bebidas era completamente desproporcionado (las bebidas no entraban en el buffet contratado en *******). Por suerte, uno de los empleados nos ofreció agua del grifo sin coste. Una cerveza de 50cl costaba 7€. Una botella de agua filtrada de 75cl, 5€. Ha sido algo que me parece que deberían de corregir con urgencia.

Hotel is excellent. Fantastic location on the beach. All rooms are large, modern, clean, with beautiful sea views. Indoor pool, sauna and Turkish baths are a nice touch. Breakfast is excellent but they need a second coffee machine to reduce the coffee line up. Great service and the buffet dinners are worth the extra money.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was bright and spacious, the window opened, the shower was hot and powerful, and the food in the breakfast and dinner buffets was fabulous.

Accueil particulièrement sympathique et chaleureux de la directrice et de Véronica qui nous ont donné toutes les activités à faire sur l'ïle ainsi que l'adresse de bons restos. Elles parlent français donc très facile pour la communication. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Lits gigantesques et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était varié en salé, sucré afin de contenter tous les palais. Je recommande vivement cet hötel .
