"This is a gem of a place, perched on a rocky cliff overlooking a small picturesque town that ambles down to a pretty beach. Artworks are dotted around its passageways and lush terraced gardens. Rooms overlook the wide Atlantic and across to cliffs with their banana plantations, and down to terracotta tiled rooves, and up to the misty mountain tops. Dinner at the hotel is good, and there are some great restaurants by the sea in the old town. "

"I arrived early in the morning and my room was already ready. They have private parking, which is much appreciated in that area as it's usually quite busy with cars along the beach. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. They have a gym, a rooftop terrace, and on the ground floor, a sauna, hammam, and pool. I found it a bit odd that it was next to reception, but once you're there, you hardly notice other guests coming and going. I would have liked to see water in the room's refrigerator or a water fountain in reception. The mini-fridge wasn't very cold. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The location is right on the beach and perfect for watching sunsets."

"The 1905 Zinos Palace is a small hotel with incredible charm! The staff are fantastic, the breakfast is small but perfectly adequate and delicious! Unfortunately, our room was a bit too small and the water pressure in the shower could be better! The hillside location is wonderful and offers a fantastic view of the sea! A car is definitely necessary, but there is ample parking available for all guests! The food in the restaurant was also very tasty!"
