Restaurant closed early without warning, guests with meal deal vouchers were refunded and left with no food and no options or local advice offered by reception who were basically useless.

Staff amazing especially Charlotte K any problems we had she dealt with well and professionally and very kind would definitely recommend again great atmosphere from staff and made my first experience in Poole wonderful and amazing can not thank enough

Couldn't have had a nicer stay staff were very accommodating, food was good. Charlotte K was 10/10 very pleasant team member to deal with polite and very courteous and very hard working. Would definitely come back for another stay. Will be back

Staff would not help and very lazy. Even when restaurant empty would not accommodate could not be bothered even when it was open and early evening. Would not stay at this premier inn again worst one I have stayed in.

The staff at this Premier Inn were fantastic and the rooms and service excellent. A special mention to Miss Charlotte K who was extremely welcoming and accommodating and a credit to the company. Wonderful all round stay and the food was also excellent.

Very comfortable bed and lovely bedding, clean room, excellent food. Probably under staffed to be fair but it was a Sunday. Lager was flat though.

Stayed two nights for business, generally poor staff attitude, when you could find them. Slow service in the restaurant and restricted choice of food and wine. Will not be staying here again, Holes Bay is local and much better.

We visit here frequently and have never been disappointed. Good value for us as a family of three. Room is always clean and comfortable. Staff are great. Mark and Aron in particular go above and beyond and always work so hard! Mark remembers us on each visit and it’s great to see him chat not just to us but to our son as well. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, meals of an evening are a good standard too. No complaints from us. Would recommend staying here.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Floor boards are ridiculously loud on all floors. Woken up multiple times. Breakfast was terrible, not enough staff at breakfast. we asked for a refund as there was no food or juice available!
