Great location and has parking and dog friendly. Stayed many times now always good. Lovely reception staff.

Hotel is situated right on the harbour. We had a double room with harbour view which was wonderful, The bed was very hard. The bathroom was adequate. The hotel does need a little tlc a bit shabby in parts. We only ate breakfast it was perfectly fine.

Hotel is in a great location right on quay front with restaurants, bars and a Tesco express on the doorstep. Decorations tired but clean and tidy. Bed extremely comfy. Shower was slow to warm up and very little pressure. Very quiet - either had no room neighbours or it’s just soundproofed well. Would stay again if back in Poole for business

Booked this for my friend for birthday. Sat at table with a lovely view overlooking poole harbour. The afternoon Tea was absolutely beautiful delicious can’t thank you enough we were looked after by a lovely professional girl really delivered a good service thank you also . Will be back for lunch the menu for that looks amazing can’t wait 😃

Excellent position for access to the harbour, restaurants and shops. Our bedrooms was clean, beds were comfortable and we had a lovely view over the harbour. Very good breakfast with a wide selection of cereals, pastries, fruit and the cooked food was fresh and changed frequently. The dining room had great views over the harbour and we enjoyed having coffee and drinks on the patio outside. Perhaps the fittings are a little worn, but everything was clean. The staff were very polite and helpful and for the price it was good value. I wonder sometimes what people expect perhaps not frequent travellers.

Terrible Experience, after going to my room from a good catch up with friends , a big constant loud drip through the bathroom light fitting occurred. No room move and it kept me awake for 4 hours so totally drained from lack of sleep . I had to stay in NYE as I wasn’t feeling up to it . Bathroom totally out of use at this point . Numerous calls to reception but nothing was done to help the situation . A room rate of £103 that didn’t include breakfast . Rooms are tidy and well presented although bathrooms are a little dated it was clean until the leak . Extractor fan sounded like a train and that combined with the leak not what you’d expect from paying £103 . No refund offered . Very dissatisfied with customer service
