We absolutely loved our stay at Aloft in Pooler. The hotel was super clean and the funky decor was awesome. (Especially the amazing bathroom wallpaper which I am dying to find for home). Staff were great, check in and out were a breeze. The bed was really comfortable and the large TV was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if on a road trip. It's a super easy place to stop for a great night's sleep.

The driver was amazing he drove us over to Tanger because we had the two oldest ladies with us and he came back and picked us up. He was simply amazing. Jamal Jamal Jamal he was absolutely the best. He was patient with us and he answered all questions that we had. His customer service was amazing. Jamal made it feel at home Mr. Monterrio was amazing he was a gift for God. He was patient and willing to help us with whatever was needed when we were in the banquet room House keeping staff was the absolute best. They just on us throughout the day and made sure that we had fresh towels. I can’t remember the talk young man with the dreads at the bar but my family said that he was excellent Again on behalf of the Jacobs Wright family and myself we thank you so much for everything. We couldn’t picked a better location and I thank you for all your advice and patience with me as I was selecting the location. Ms. Sheren was a blessing.Again thank you

This is a great location! You are close to almost every imaginable fast food drive-thru and popular local dine-in restaurants. There are plenty of stores to shop as well as Tanger Outlets a few blocks away. There are plenty of things to do in the local area. You will not be disappointed with the location! Next, the staff was wonderful! Like to recognize Vivian Wright and Zion Best at the front desk and Jacqueline Smalls the dining chef for making my stay an enjoyable one! Conveniently located off I 95.Don't be put off by the entrance. This Glo has only been operating for about 4 months and needs a dressed up entrance. It still has that ”new” smell when you walk in.( Not a bad smell.) It is vibrantly decorated, very modern, which I found refreshing. Room has the usual amenities and is very comfortable. Beds are comfy and loaded up with 6 pillows. Bathroom is roomy and has a rain showerhead. Breakfast is pretty standard with a decent amount of choices. Friendly staff. There are several restaurants in the area.

We did not book this hotel ourselves. We usually stay st Hilton-branded properties. Recently we have added Wyndam and Best Western (always trying to get the best value). First, the good things: friendly staff, clean room, working air conditioning, hot water. Next, here are the not so great things: with ”limited housekeeping”, I would expect more than one small wastebasket. Also, I slipped in the shower/tub because there were no anti-slip tub stickers and the tub was slippery. An accident was definitely possible. Sink space was minimal for two people. We are used to a larger area for a counter. Lastly, my husband was not impressed with the ”grab 'n go” breakfast. He thought it should have been more substantial. It included bottled water, juice, granola bar, yogurt and a piece of fruit. He was expecting something more, like a hot breakfast sandwich.

I have stayed here in the past before, never an issue. This time, after driving 16 long hours, arriving around 10pm, we all just wanted to go to bed, my husband was outside, he was cranky, he never once directed his crankiness to anyone, but the night guy, John, decided to come out front, started in with my husband, was mimicking him, and then grabbed the key cards out of my hand, and said go stay somewhere else. This is how someone treats someone who was tired?? As long as John is working there I’ll never go back. The manager, I spoke to the following day about this. She asked what I wanted to make up for his behavior. I said nothing. I’m not calling to get anything out of this. What I want is for him to not treat anyone like that. It was very unprofessional. I want him to take a class on how to treat people. Had my husband, or myself, been nasty directly to him, had one of us gone after him or anything like that, then what he did would’ve been warranted. But we weren’t. I told the manager to look at the video to prove all I’ve said. I hate to take this out on the hotel itself but they hired this guy. I hope something is done to prevent this from happening to others.
