This hotel provided everything we were looking for. Spotlessly clean throughout with rooms with comfy beds and a good power shower. A relaxing pool area with comfortable sun beds and parasols was the perfect place to chill out after a day exploring the area. The continental breakfast comprised a wide variety of fresh food teas, coffee and fruit juices with both indoor and outdoor tables to enjoy the food. The hotel is located in a quiet area but just an short stroll from the Pine Walk. All this being said the best aspect of the hotel for us was the staff. From the Manager/director Joseph to all the other members of the team they were friendly and efficient in everything they provided, making our holiday an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Loved The Villa Singala hotel. Small boutique type hotel with only 26 rooms which are lovely, not huge but have everything necessary and cleaned on a daily basis if required. Very comfy bed and pillows, discreet decor, proper plug in hairdryer (not tethered to bathroom), enough storage space with plenty of good quality clothes hangers. There’s a small fridge and drink making facilities in the room, could do with having mugs instead of teacups and saucers (take your own teabags). There’s also a FREE safe for your valuables. The Continental type breakfast is excellent with everything you could possibly want…fresh pastries, fresh fruit, prepared fruit, cereals and granola, different types of freshly baked bread for toasting, many types of ham, cold meats and cheese, hard boiled eggs, jams, conserves and even peanut butter, fruit juices, many types of teas and great coffee. The bar snacks, sandwiches, pizzas, salads etc served most of the day are aLeo excellent and at great prices. Situated at the end of the Pine Walk promenade, it’s just an easy, pretty walk to excellent restaurants and bars. If you don’t fancy the walk there’s just a short skip across the road to another great restaurant and bar which has a live music evening on Thursdays, it’s starts early and goes on until about 9 pm ish, don’t even have to be there to enjoy it if you have a balcony or terrace. There’s just one very small negative, and it seems to be a Spanish thing, in that there is what they call a desk, with a chair, that could really do with mirror above it which would change it to the essential dressing table that most ladies would like. There’s a full length mirror in the room and a bathroom mirror too. However, the best thing about the Villa Singala is the staff, from Joseph the manager, Elissa, who managed in his absence, the cleaning ladies to the maintenance man. Nothing is too much trouble, they are friendly, kind and accommodating. We will return.

Just off the Pine Walk is this little gem of a hotel, good for couples who enjoy a more peaceful location but still within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The continental breakfasts are pretty decent, and the lunchtime snacks are very good value. A nice little beach is just around the corner. Just one negative is some noise is heard from neighbours bathrooms but regardless of that we would return.

The Villa Singala was a lovely hotel just off the Pine walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was nice with a balcony where we could get a glimpse of the sea and sun through the day. The continental breakfast was nice, chilled meats, cheese and eggs. Pastries, fruit and toast was available with juices and freshly ground coffee or tea. There is a good selection at lunch mainly toasties ect but all reasonably priced. Behind the hotel is a bar/restaurant which has live music on a Sunday. It’s about a 20 min stroll into the harbour with loads of good restaurants. Brilliant holiday. Thank you to everyone at Villa Singala

Volveremos.

A very friendy and welcoming hotel. Comfortable and super-clean rooms and guest lounge and bar. Very close to the sea, promenade, beach and beach- front restaurants. A convenient and good base for exploring this part of Majorca. A good buffet continental breakfast with fresh bread and fruit.

I echo the many previous reviews about the brilliant, friendly and helpful staff. This is a relatively small hotel towards the end of the Pine walk. About 10 minutes along the beach front from the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Consequently it is in a quieter more peaceful area of PP. On a Sunday evening there is some live music noise from "The Store" restaurant behind the hotel but that is a minor issue only if you don't like a live band. It is very much a continental breakfast. No hot food e.g. sausages and bacon etc. That said there is more than adequate food that you can help yourself too. There are 3 choices of cereal, cold sliced ham, salami, cheese slices, sliced tomato, sliced brown and white bread, bread rolls, slice your own home made bread, toasting machine, boiled eggs, pastries, croissants, pain raison, fruit juices, sliced melon, fruit salad, apples, bananas, coffee machine, tea bags, milk and hot water. No evening meals but there is a useful good value snack type menu from mid-day to 2.30pm. Such things as sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salads, hamburger and excellent homemade chips! Like breakfast can be enjoyed on the open air fully shaded terrace. The swimming pool is small with no shallow end, I would estimate about 8x5m. There are sunbeds around the pool some in the shade. This is useful benefit as the cost of the beachfront beds and umbrellas in PP are 16 to 23 euro a day. The rooms are compact with TV, mini fridge, kettle, cups, tea and coffee. Mine had a small balcony with chairs and a table. Some tips: I booked Suntransfers com for my return shuttle coach to the the Airport. Only 13 euro and arrived on-time. On my trip this hotel was the last pick-up so took only one hour. Book online at least 24 hours beforehand. It helps the staff to take your key card to breakfast so they can see your room number to record. To assist staff I used the "please make-up my room" or "do not disturb" notice on my outside door handle. Beds linen and towel changes are made daily. I took my own tea bags as I like good quality tea. Each to their own! Overall, highly recommended and I will return some time.

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in Puerto Pollensa. Due to unforeseen circumstances me and my partner had to leave our accommodation in the middle of our holiday and we were desperate to find somewhere with it being the peak of the season. Luckily we called in to Villa Singala and Josef the manager went above and beyond to do everything he could to accommodate us. We ended up spending 2 nights in a balcony room and 2 nights in another room without a balcony and honestly I cannot fault either. Josef held our luggage for us, let us check in early, had our second room ready first thing in the morning so we were able to move across straight away and quite honestly he could not have been more helpful and I am so grateful for his kindness as it honestly saved our holiday. The rooms at Villa Singala are modern, clean and perfect. All the amenities you need (kettle,tv,aircon, hair dryer and a very very comfy bed). The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday and the shower and bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast is basic but very yummy, continental and plenty to choose from & wonderful staff working each morning. The hotel is located across from my favourite bar in Puerto Pollensa (Store Forementor) which is a MUST on a Sunday for their live music and food - i recommend the paella. The location of the hotel is perfect, I have been coming to PP for over 20 years and we have stayed up and down the pine walk and I honestly miss the walk when we don’t stay at the end which Villa singala is located at. It takes about 1 minute to get onto the front and then about 10 to get to the shops and restaurants along the pine walk. I seriously cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will be back!!!
