"this is the best location to get a head start to cape formentor, especially in the peak season when private vehicles are restricted after 10 am. the hotel is also smacked in the middle of great variety of restaurants, souvenir shops, and facing the ocean. I just love the overall vibe in port of pollensa. more relaxing and quieter other noteworthy aspects- helpful staff, reliable wifi, good breakfast, and rooftop terrace free parking is relatively easy to find when i visited in June, within 10 min walking radius from hotel. maybe it only turn into mayhem in July/August. "

"After a nine year gap holidaying on the Spanish mainland, we returned to this little corner of paradise. Set right beside the beach on the famous Pine Walk the hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly suited for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Facilities are excellent, rooms are serviced daily and supplied with suitable shower gels, shampoos and soaps. A pod based coffee maker and kettle allow for in-room hot drinks, whilst the mini fridge is spacious enough for wine and water!! Breakfast is worthy of a special mention where a wide range of fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries, meats and cheeses are accompanied by multiple juices and an excellent selection of hot fayre, regularly replenished. The restaurant is perfect for lunch and/or dinner and is reasonably and competitively priced. It was a real joy to return, after quite a break, and to find some familiar staff and fellow guests. Wonderful Venue!!"

"Stayed here for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. The best bits: Immaculately clean Nicely decorated Great bathroom Nice pool area Close to all amenities and in the nicest part of Puerto Pollensa Plenty of good restaurants nearby The only gripe I had was the Fort Knox security to get to apartment on arrival and lack of clear instructions. Too many door codes and temporary cards whilst faffing to check in at the sister hotel which was a 10 minute walk away. It would have been much simpler to receive a text or email with instructions. It sounds minor but when you’re knackered from travel, it was a ball ache"

"We thought this hotel would be nice, but it really exceeded our expectations. The rooms are bigger than they appear in the photos and the amenities of the hotel are exceptional. The included breakfast is amazing with a full buffet and hot menu to order. All of the staff are amazing but shout out to James on front desk who is extremely kind and personable and made us feel super welcome all the way through our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"
