Anita Apartments

Stayed here for 2 weeks in apartment 2 on the 2nd floor. Six adults. En-suite bedroom was fine and modern Twin bedroom was roomy with wardrobes and bedside shelves 3rd Bedroom was not suitable for 3 adults - L shaped room with a bed at each end and very little storage or shelving and no mirror or bedside tables Great space in living room that could have additional storage added Kitchen has everything you need but does need updating. The Balcony is the best! It was good size with tremendous view over Pine walk. Perfect location. Perfect for a cold drink while watching the world go by The local school children have swimming and sailing lessons on the beach each day which we enjoyed watching We had a great stay and Would stay again if only 4 adults or with 2 children. It could be such a fabulous apartment with a bit of TLC

We've just returned from staying in Anita3. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge and had everything we could possibly need - a microwave, washing machine and even an electric citrus Juicer. The family bathroom is a little dated, but the en suite bathroom was fabulous, so we all used that. There were loads of towels and the bed linen was immaculate. The apartment is on the beach front, with amazing views out across the bay. In February, we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony eating breakfast. It was an ideal time for us to go, pleasently sunny, but not too busy. There were still lots of cafes and restaurants open to choose from and a couple of little supermarkets within easy walking distance. The street behind the apartment was being resurfaced when we went, which meant we had to park a little further along at the marina, but the parking was free. We hope to return soon to visit family who live in Mallorca.

Liked · As a family of 4 we stayed in Anita 1. The 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious, and the location was fantastic, balcony was huge with 2 sunbeds and a 2 seater sofa. Perfect views of the sea, and mountains. 2 double bedrooms, with wardrobe space and bedside tables with lamps, the one at the back with no view only onto the internal balcony was much quieter. The front double was a bit noisy with the restaurants below but we expected that when we booked, so no worries. It had a very dated ensuite. There is also a family bathroom. Water pressure in the showers very good. Third bedroom, is a very small single with no window. Large dining table in the living room, and a small table in the kitchen. The kitchen had all we needed, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery etc. Dishwasher liquid, washing up liquid, a pan scrub and tea towels there. There is a large internal balcony with washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board but we didn't use. Television had satellite channels with UK tv available. Comfortable leather sofas. Restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with Ivan, the host was spot on, immediate answers to any questions, clear instructions of how to find the apartments and the public car park nearby. Disliked · What could have been better? - The floors all need renovation. Both bathrooms are very tired and dated and need renovation. Also the kitchen very tired and dated and the floor needs renovation. But on saying that we enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable.
