Excellent first time stay in the Illa Dor. From start to finish I could not fault our stay. The quality of accommodation was of a high standard, we had a sea view/balcony room, the views were certainly worth the extra cost for this type of room. The food on offer was very, very good, in particular the breakfast, with a vast choice, gives you a great start to your day. Unfortunately the weather was not good, however it meant we experienced the hotels spa, which was very relaxing indeed. It is very clear all the team here take a great pride in their job and this is reflected in the level of service and care we experienced. A special mention must go to Josep on reception and Matilde in the breakfast room, both delivered memorable experiences. Our only regret was that we just booked a 2 night stay. It is safe to say we hope to return, when next back in Port de Pollensa. Highly recommended.

For us, the best boutique hotel in the Port and we’ve been coming here for some 34 years. This is our second visit to the Cultural and there will be a third. Super place, clean, attractive with very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable and a large variety of breakfasts, all served.
