The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to PD waterfront with numerous cafe and restaurants. Room is okay, clean and spacious with partial sea view too. However, one bad thing is that you can hear people talking/chitchatting in next room, or outside corridor. Terrible soundproofing or none. Parking available.

The location is easy access to PD waterfront and I reached at 1pm. I registered 1st and the front counter told me that I could get the room at 2pm and they really did it. However the building is very lack of maintenance. Some sunken pool at amenities was dry and the swimming pool water was green in colour. When I reached the amenities floor, used plate was on the floor near gym. Probably some used & didn’t throw properly. Units cleanliness still can be acceptable but the fire door behind at the sharing foyer full of hairs and dust. Hope that this management could some action plan to maintain it properly.
