"We had a family vacation here and booked a 3-bedroom apartment for our family. The Superior King Room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with an iron, kettle, toothbrushes, and even a prayer mat. The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the living hall was huge, making it perfect for a family stay. The pool was very entertaining for the kids, especially with the water slides. The beach is just a short walk away from the resort. There were also plenty of activities such as table tennis, carrom, and swings, all with a beautiful beach view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food, and everything was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place for families with children."

"**Extremely disappointing stay that completely ruined our family trip.** We arrived at the property a little after 2:10 PM and approached the front desk. At that time, we were told to wait while the staff prepared the necessary documents for our check-in, so we patiently waited. However, after waiting until around 2:30 PM, we were then informed that our room had not been cleaned yet and was still not ready. This was extremely frustrating because earlier in the day, when we asked about check-in, we had been told that check-in would only be available at 3:00 PM. We respected that and left the property, only returning later. We were also informed that the previous guests had checked out at 12:00 PM. Given that information, it was hard to understand why the room was still not cleaned more than two hours later. We were traveling with two young children who were already exhausted, and the whole purpose of booking accommodation was to let the family rest. Instead, we were left waiting with no clear explanation, and the staff's attitude was not particularly helpful or welcoming. To make matters worse, within just 20 minutes, we were suddenly informed that the room was ready. This made us seriously question whether the room had actually been cleaned properly at all. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit by a strong smell of cigarette smoke mixed with a musty odor. The smell was unbearable. Our two children immediately complained about how bad it smelled and kept crying, saying they wanted to go home. The cleanliness was also far below expectations. There was visible dust on the air conditioner, table, and kettle. When my child's pillow accidentally fell onto the carpet, we noticed the carpet was covered with dust and hair. Even the phone stand looked loose and unstable, as if it had not been properly maintained for a long time. The bathroom experience was equally disappointing. The water pressure on the third floor was extremely weak, making it difficult to take a proper shower. The shower head was fixed and could not be detached, which made bathing young children very inconvenient. On top of that, the water was not hot enough. In the end, we simply could not tolerate the condition of the room. We stayed for only about three hours, took a quick shower, and decided to forfeit the entire night's stay and drive home instead. We paid nearly RM260 for this accommodation and received only a few hours of discomfort, poor service, and unacceptable cleanliness standards. What was supposed to be a relaxing family getaway turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place, especially to families with young children."
