Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff displaying professionalism and hospitality. The room itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a serene retreat after a long day of travel. However, my experience took a downturn during breakfast at the restaurant. I encountered unmanaged crowds of tourists from China, whose behavior and hygiene practices left much to be desired. The lack of organization and disregard for basic hygiene standards in handling food items was concerning and detracted from the dining experience. Despite the negative encounter during breakfast, I must commend the hotel staff for their efforts to maintain cleanliness and address concerns promptly. However, the lack of effective management and oversight in the dining area was evident and impacted my overall impression of the establishment. In summary, while Avillion Admiral Cove offers comfortable accommodations and excellent service during check-in, the breakfast experience was marred by unmanaged crowds and hygiene issues. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to ensure a more enjoyable and hygienic dining experience for future guests.
