Was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel before, the staff was generally unhelpful the room was dirty with grey sheet and towels that were surprised to be white and blood stains on the sheets, the sink was falling off the wall and breakfast was often cold, truely a place to avoid not to mention nothing is within walking distance of the hotel and everything require a taxi or your own car to get anywhere

This is my second time staying at Tasik Villa with my family. The room that we booked is with a jacuzzi which my kids enjoyed the most. The location is quite strategic. We had our dinner at the nearest seafood restaurant which is about 10mins drive away. We will surely stay at the villa again in the future.

Everything is all good for a 5 star rated hotel except there's no daily housekeeping. We did hang the "clean the room" at the door knob but the room is not clean when we came back.

I stayed room with jacuzzi with 3 kids. Have 2 queen bed & sofa, so spacious for us. TV channel very limited but my kids spent hours in jacuzzi, so no big deal for us. The bedsheet & towel seem too old. Not white color anymore. Maybe turn grey? 😅 Carpet have unremovable stain. All amenities is complete. Microwave, hair dryer, sejadah & even iron. Kids pool is nice but the slide is closed, they temporarily replace with inflatable slide. Not bad. Adult pool is quite long. I like it. With view of tasik that have ducks. Many activities provided but u have to ask la. Breakfast is so so. Have varieties but the taste is 3/10? Overall i really enjoy the room, jacuzzi & pool. Will repeat for sure
