This is the second time booking a superior king room. The room has a jacuzzi. The first time it was ok, not bad, but about the water heater... it didn't get hot water straight away. The water room also makes for a cool shower. Hot water doesn't work. That day, sitting in room 4002, I was complaining about the hot water. This time sitting in room 4001 was the same... the hot water didn't work. Please repair the hotel's water heater system. If we complain in the lobby, they say because there are lots of people it's very useful 😮💨
