The experience quite enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable, the staff was attentive, and the amenities were nice. However, the only downside was the presence of mosquitoes, which occasionally disrupted our stay. Overall, it’s a great hotel, but I’d recommend bringing some repellent or asking the staff for solutions to manage the mosquito issue.

I can’t praise this place highly enough. This was my 3rd stay here in the last 10 years and it only gets better! Lovely, attentive staff. Gorgeous surroundings and marvellous accommodation! Didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back again.

Wow this place is stunning, far superior to other resorts around, including the 'big resort' in town, we are thrilled with the facilities, resort, Villa's, and pools, an incredible venue. So grateful for this stay. Recommend A++ to anyone wanting a luxury resort holiday.

Our favourite place to stay in Port Douglas. It’s like going to Bali without the flight since it just 3 hours from Sydney. The villas have private pools which is a huge plus but also an immense resort pool. On site restaurant which will even deliver to your villa.

We have just left a five night stay at Niramaya. We arrived after a long journey and were greeted by incredibly friendly abs helpful staff - with this service continuing for the rest of our stay. The villas were very clean, well appointed and a great place to relax. The shared pool area was lovely and we really enjoyed the food with the evening meal we had one night being very light and fresh. A car is definitely needed as it is quite a way out of town but this makes it quiet and secluded.

We stayed in Port Douglas at Niramaya Villas & spa & this property is just gorgeous!!! We travelled as a family of 5 and there was ample room in our 3 bedroom deluxe villa for all of us to have our own space. The villas are just beautiful!! The plunge pool was an added bonus! We stayed 11 days and wished we could've stayed longer! One thing i would recommend is hiring a car as you are a little way out from Macrossan Street. We loved our time in PD, our favourite place in the whole world! Thankyou Niramaya, we will be back :D

An incredible experience and we would highly recommend Niramaya to anyone looking to visit Port Douglas. The villas are very well equipped and generous in space. We ensured we had our baby monitor with us so that we could take advantage of the separation between the living and bedroom spaces which is an awesome feature of the villas. It was really private which we loved. Without a doubt the best place we've stayed in PD and it's now the only place we'll stay. VERY highly recommend.

Such an impressive property. The villa’s were pure luxury and a wonderful choice for our family. We loved the plunge pool and enjoyed relaxing in the villa’s many comfortable spaces. The main pool was also lovely and refreshing (although a little cold in winter). Staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful.

Niramaya Resort is 5 star and more. It exceeded our expectations. The villa we had was perfect for our family holiday, enough privacy for everyone and a lovely area for the family at night to sit around and enjoy each other’s company. We celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday and the accommodation made it even more special. When you are in the resort you feel like you are on a tropical island as everything is perfect . We would definitely recommend it and would go back. Thank you Niramaya Resort for a perfect week and gorgeous memories.
