Easy to access from town, and easy for drop off. We needed somwehere to stay before heading back over to Liverpool on the early boat. Had dinner in the evening and, considering it was the end of the TT, the service was good, the food was good, and the comfort and cleanliness was good - therewere some things not available (but was not suprising!) Really helpful staff, even thought they were understaffed, couldn't fault the place

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Car parking arrangements are a bit clunky using the local multistory parking. With parking disc worst case is about £8 a day. The hotel is good.

Great hotel in a brilliant location, just behind the main shopping street in Douglas. It's such a clean hotel but note they do not clean rooms unless you request them to. The restaurant lacks in atmosphere and the food is slow to be served, but they have a varied and super tasty menu with reasonable prices. Breakfast was ideal and the buffet/hot food was fully stocked no matter what time we arrived each morning. I must say that it is clear this hotel is short staffed. A particular shout out to staff member Joe who was really friendly, upbeat and helpful, despite holding down reception, serving food, working behind the bar and providing room service - basically the work of 4 people! My biggest issue with the hotel was no parking. They could easily reserve some spaces outside/beside the building for guests, but there's nothing. This means you have to park in a nearby (pricey and awkward) multi-storey or out on the promenade (a 5 minute walk, also pricey and difficult to find a space). Overall, a great hotel with spacious rooms in a comfortable, quiet buidling. It was expensive but this was expected during the TT.

The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The full cooked breakfast was great and really good value for money. We were able to take our push bikes up to the rooms for security and leave them all day in a locked room on the day of departure. This was a real bonus as we had a late ferry. It was a bit pricy but during the TT racing what do you expect?

This hotel is in a great location and central to the shops, restaurants and bars. We had a room on the fourth floor for 4 nights with a fantastic breakfast. The location of the hotel gives you access to the many good restaurants locally which we chose to pre-book to try the local cuisines. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Situated on a narrow, one way street at the back of shops and littered with bins. Stayed in a Premier Plus room which had cleaning issues. (Addressed by manager straight away). Buffet breakfast was cold/tepid on two out of three mornings. Initially addressed for second morning by manager, but then back to same problem. Be very clear if you stop here. There is NO overnight parking in the vicinity. Overnight parking is a half mile walk next to the Ferry terminal. The other option offered is a dingy, concrete, multi story car park, a half mile the other way and believe me you wouldn't want to park in that. The M+S car park directly opposite the hotel closes overnight and can't be used. I will be fair and say that a meal and drink were given as compensation for the hotel problems encountered by the manageress, who was excellent. Having stayed in numerous Premier Inns over the years, this doesn't come close to their usual standards.
