Echelon Heights Hotel

The room service is very poor. It takes more than two hours to deliver meals that were promised 45mins. Most time they deliver what you did not order. Too many insects flying in the rooms from the ceiling. We were told not to put on the POP light as it will attract more insects into the room. Even then, some insects still found their way into the room and unto the bed. A complete fumigation is recommended.,

I had an amazing experience at Echelon Heights Hotel. The environment is so cozy and comfortable and their rooms give you the comfort, space and furniture to make you feel at home. They have very experienced staff (led by the General Manager, Mr. Emile) who are friendly and ensure your comfort always. Their food is very tasty and they serve a variety of dishes at all times, thanks to a very experienced chef (Chef Loic). I recommend the hotel for both individual and family stay including business conferences, seminars and workshops.

There was no single power outage, not a blink, I wonder what technology they deplored to achieve this. Their staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. The room is clean and smells good, this is different from my experience in other hotel.

This hotel offered terrible buffet service for my family dinner on August 24, 2022. I hosted over 20 family members to a dinner event but there was hardly any food available. I was literally begging for food. At one point, all the rice serving bowls were empty, and at another point one odd-looking fried rice was emptied into the bowl that had jollof rice. It was just a terrible experience. Despite my numerous complaints, this hotel has basically ignored my complaints. For a hotel of it's acclaimed luxury, such service quality is distasteful, and I will never be staying at this hotel.

l have stayed in many a 5 star hotel around the world but l have to say that Echelon Height Hotel in Port Harcourt sits up there with the very best😊 I initially was nervous as l booked it as l had never heard of it before hand and l wondered if the beautiful pictures l saw online would look the same in the flesh😬 Well to my surprise it actually looked better😊 I will start with the friendly security personnel as you walked in made one feel secure. A lovely security guard called Lizzy met me on my first day. l walked through a metal detector and had my temperature checked and some hand sanitiser was given to me. I was happy to see all covid 19 protocols was being observed here for the safety of all. Then l got checked in by a lovely receptionist called Ruth she had a very pleasant manner. A porter Goddy saw me to my room and couldn’t be more helpful. This in my view is a 5 star hotel but with a slight twist as it feels more like one big family. At the restaurant l encountered the lovely waiting staff , Michelle , Kate and Henry just to name a few. It’s a lovely team that made one feel very welcome. They had a beautiful breakfast and dinner buffet here too. l was shocked at the very reasonable price albeit the breakfast buffet was included in the cost of my hotel room. The hotel itself is very modern with beautiful rooms. I had a lovely cleaner called Kelvin do my room daily to the highest standard. The general manager of this “Heaven” is a lovely man called Emile. He doesn’t just sit in his big office but rather engages with the guests he spoke to me several times during my stay making sure l was happy and checked if there was anything else l needed. My experience was so good l extended my stay by another 5 days😊 I cannot speak more highly of this hotel and its staff. l was sad to leave but l plan to visit again later in the year. I spent one night here before comeback to italy, courtesy and hospitality immediately shown, cleaned rooms, good food service and a beautiful recreation space with spa, gym and a swimming pool and bar. Highly recommended if you want to spend a relaxing time.

This's my third time staying in Echelon heights hotel and I still love the place. Although the overall service has become very slow maybe due to covid and the wifi connection is so bad. But good security, food and clean rooms. Staff are very friendly too. I'll surely visit again
