"The room service is very poor. It takes more than two hours to deliver meals that were promised 45mins. Most time they deliver what you did not order. Too many insects flying in the rooms from the ceiling. We were told not to put on the POP light as it will attract more insects into the room. Even then, some insects still found their way into the room and unto the bed. A complete fumigation is recommended.,"

I don’t understand what is wrong with that and why it isn’t available , The bathrooms… There is always a problem there, I’ve to this hostel for three consecutive years and i have the same complaints about these bathrooms, So please try and change these few things i noted"

"This hotel is a no no. The info and some of the photos are misleading. It is not located in the place indicated on the map, but about 10 minutes drive away on another street. The contact number provided couldn't help, simply said "wrong number". Eventually, we found the hotel by asking around and some luck. The receptionist acknowledged that we were expected, but has no clue how to proceed Though the staff on the ground were nice, they had to call their manager every step of the way to know what to do: plenty of waits and back and forth made it an unnecessary hassle. The Manager was actually rude (at a time I had to speak with him myself), The reasons for choosing this hotel were location, amenities and breakfast included. Unfortunately all these turned out to be misinformation. This hotel has no swimming pool (forget those photos in their gallery), no gym, no English/complementary breakfast. Breakfast has to be purchased separately. I had the room sprayed and still found a live cockroach in the morning. The door to the bathroom was rotten and is a serious health hazard. Dirty bath mat, worn out furniture: even the fridge was unclean. Add exposed electrical wiring.... In all my years of travelling, I have never felt so scammed. If you still want to use this hotel, you can try viewing it via Google maps street view; to know what you are getting yourself into."

"Stayed here in 2008 and it was "reasonably" ok with decent bedroom though my shower didn't work (7th floor). Back in 2023 and I can say for fact the sheets, mattress, towels and duvets were the same from 2008! It's robbery to advertise this kip as a "5 star" at £100 a night! Felt sick from looking at the poor state of this place!!!!!!!! Will NEVER come back. Fact"
