The building is bold and you can see it. Light fixture were covered in dust and the bathroom was disappointing. Old and the ceiling was leaking. Plus the lighting was so dim. But overall the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was rather tasty.

Stayed here in 2008 and it was "reasonably" ok with decent bedroom though my shower didn't work (7th floor). Back in 2023 and I can say for fact the sheets, mattress, towels and duvets were the same from 2008! It's robbery to advertise this kip as a "5 star" at £100 a night! Felt sick from looking at the poor state of this place!!!!!!!! Will NEVER come back. Fact

Absolutely nothing worked, the room looked old and dusty, the air conditioning sounded very bad, staffs were in and out of my room trying to fix one thing or the other. The wifi was terrible, the food menu prices were different from the actual price after an order is been placed. The only helpful stuff was Ada the guess relation personal. Lovely lady.

There is fraud in order to line one's own pockets. Employees offer goods to guest highly overpriced such as fruits and nuts from the market. It is pretty obvious that they are trying to rip you off. Very annoying. Complaints about this procedure at guest relations desk are unheard. Room was ok. But A/C did not work at all. Very warm all night.

It is better to book at the hotel at the premises where you can negotiate, especially on weekends. ******* charge higher for weekend rate & there’s no breakfast as stated on the booking & that’s disappointing.

I wish they would update their rooms, train their staff.
Rooms are spacious which was a plus.
Various f/b outlets which is a plus.
