Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the hotel resembled a construction site. There were visible signs of ongoing construction, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel. Many of the amenities that I had looked forward to were not available during my stay. Despite showing up as available online, amenities such as kayaking and paddle boarding were not operational, and there were no guests using the equipment. The food options at the hotel were extremely limited. There were bugs in the salad bar, and many items, including the steak for dinner, were unavailable. The bread and dessert were also the same as what was offered at lunch, and the soup was served cold. When I raised these concerns with the assistant manager, I was met with condescending comments and dismissive responses. The assistant manager made remarks such as "I ate dinner here and didn't see any issues," "No one else is complaining," and "If you have complaints, talk to *******." Additionally, the general manager refused to speak with me directly, choosing instead to communicate through the assistant manager. Overall, our experience at your hotel was extremely disappointing and marred what was supposed to be a special Mother's Day celebration for our family. We are deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and hospitality that we received and will not be returning to your hotel in the future.
