Iririki Island Resort & Spa Reviews

The room facilities are old, there are many mosquitoes, the hygiene is poor, the lights in front of the room are not on, it is very inconvenient to go out at night, the front desk service is not up to par, there is no drinking water in the room, only tap water, and the network signal is also poor!!! The deposit was deducted without informing me, and I checked out, but the deposit has not been received for 5 days!!!

The environment is very good and the room decoration is pretty good. The recommended restaurant’s coconut crab set meal is enough for a family of three. Breakfast has less variety.

The room is quite big and the environment on the island is good

The hotel is on a small island, the room size is acceptable, the sanitation is good, the hotel service is poor, for example, there is no shampoo area in the cleaning room during the day, and when I come back to the main station at night to report, I promise to deliver it, but no one delivers it in the morning, self-help There are few varieties of breakfast, and the buffet dinner cost about 150 AUD for two people. There are few varieties of buffet dinner, which is very deceitful. If you ask the front desk to check out one hour late, you need to pay additionally, which is too inhumane. The environment of the island is acceptable, there is a swimming pool, the beach is very small and poor, the price of the hotel is ridiculously high, not worth recommending

I want to give a big shout out to the staff here because they have been so wonderful while we are here. Every request we ever had got answered with a smile. The cocktails are beautiful and the island is to die for. The best part of all was our beautiful Apartment which overlooks the coral reef out the front. We love spending our time laying on our deck chair on the balcony just reading a book or taking it easy. Such a relaxing place for holiday

We stayed in a waterfront fare. Number 1. It was perfect. Beautiful sunsets each night. Lovely restaurant for breakfast and theme nights half the nights. Staff are friendly and always helpful. Day spa was excellent. Boat ride to Port Vila was so convenient and fun too. Snorkelling was lovely too at snorkellers cove which was close to our room also. Only negative was a golf buggy for lifts on occasions would be an added bonus to people who have trouble walking a lot. The walking is a long way to the huge pool but otherwise we were close to restaurant and guest only pool. We loved the stay. Thankyou iririki.

Iririki Island is a short complimentary ferry ride from Port Vila in Vanuatu but while you can see the lights of the town, this island might as well be miles away from the rest of Efate in Vanuatu. We opted for an over the water Fare’ with fishes for neighbours but all of the other Villa are just as impressive. the vibe is very Island Time but the staff are some of the nicest people on earth and genuinely want your holiday to be the best it can be. Infinity Bar and Auzure Restaurant are the adult section with 180 degree views over the port and the rest of island to the North. Cocktails by the pool are recommended and the complimentary breakfast is a mix of local fresh fruit, French pastries and a constantly changing cooked breakfast bar. the other end of the island is for families with kids with rooms wrapping around the series of pools in the sunset zone. Stunning views mix with a caring staff who obviously enjoy working here and it shows.

We only went for a day trip but this place was way better than the hotel that we stayed at so if we ever come back to Vanuatu, we will definitely stay here instead of anywhere else. This is the most beautiful island and the food we had for lunch was divine. I talk to some of the other guests there who are really happy. So we will definitely be back to Stay in the future.

Iririki is suck a beautiful island with the most amazing scenery. We really loved watching the swallows (birds) in the mornings flying over our apartment in their hundreds. The wildlife in the water is gorgeous too. Often we could see the fish feeding on the surface of the water from our apartment balcony. Such a beautiful island.

We have been going to Fiji as our regular break for a decade now but this time we thought we would try something different as we saw Iririki as the spot where they filmed MAFS. Let me just say, we won’t be going back to Fiji anymore as this place is a total gem and at half the price the comparable resort we were staying at in Fiji costs. Vanuatu also is soo amazing and we found the management and staff at Iririki super friendly. So go and do yourself a favour, give Iririki a try

Everything about Iririki exudes romance and we had the most romantic and reconnecting experience here over the past week. The overwater fares have the most gorgeous beds and waking up to the sunrise over the water together was always the perfect way to start the day.

Had a lovely week at the island. Staff were so very friendly, All so polite even when dealing with rude, unpleasant guests with unrealistic expectations. We experienced the collapse of Air Vanuatu whilst there. The resort was accommodative and supportive of guests impacted. They provided free accommodation for the first night and significantly reduced accommodation costs for the remainder of our unplanned stay. Highly recommended, a beautiful and relaxed environment. So lovely to see the owners interacting with guests and their families enjoying breakfasts together at the main dining area. Day spa was wonderful, rivals Endota spa. Staff so willingly to please and provided exceptional services.

Claiming to be No 1 resort in Vanuatu, Iririki has obviously delusion of grandeur, unless management never visited other resorts. Run down, sad, no decent upkeep, Iririki has gone down and I only hope the new owners will have the will and the means to restore this well located resort. Staff is OK, some really nice, some less. Food, except breakfast, is bland and tasteless. Overkooked pasta, meat as tough as Tyson Fury, overpriced and pretty bad value for money.

The team at Iririki is fantastic. We had an absolutely awesome time. Nothing was too hard. The managers are doing a wonderful job. We had a gorgeous Premium Waterfront Fare. Loved watching the sunset each night. Moana and her wonderful Customer Experience team organised all our tours. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Definitely recommend doing all their tours. Little Frank is one of the best tour guides I have had. Clare and her F&B team, you guys are awesome. We never wanted or waited for anything. If you want a relaxing holiday, definitely stay at Iririki. We will be back.
