"We had a one night stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We used the foyer and outside areas which were clean and comfortable, as was our room. Highly recommend!"

"This isn't exclusive to this hotel, but the road leading up to it is full of potholes, and just driving back and forth to the city center in a rental car was exhausting. The hotel's main building is incredibly grand, and that's what attracted me to book it. I was given a room on the first floor, and the view was just so-so. The humidity was awful; even with the air conditioning on, the sheets felt clammy. I thought the price was quite high."

"Positives - the air conditioner worked well and the pool was kept clean. "Casino" is a loose term, 20 old pokies machines in the foyer was the only thing happening there so don't go expecting anything more. No food or drink available at the 'resort', and no fridges in the room is poor. TV in room has 2 channels - one which can't be viewed. Communication around the airport bus transfer wasn't great either."

"As a travel blogger I need to give this hotel a detailed review. Advantages: 1. The location is relatively good, relatively close to the town and major supermarkets 2 The facilities in the house are quite complete, including refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen utensils. Disadvantages: 1. Because the flight was delayed by 1 day, our application to cancel 1 day's accommodation 2 days in advance was rejected. However, when we arrived at the hotel one day later, the hotel had not yet prepared the room and bed for us. After many reminders, we were arranged with another bed as stated in the reservation. 2. The hotel room was not prepared with shower gel and shampoo in advance. They were not placed until I was reminded. The hot water took more than 5 seconds longer than the standard hotel time, and even took 20-30 seconds to get hot water. The shower head was also damaged. 3 We were placed in a room far from the hotel entrance. There was a small door to the room, but we asked many times and no one was willing to give us the password. 4. The wifi is the worst network in the world that I have lived in for so many years. The connection password needs to be changed every day. The Grand Hotel also uses the connection password but it can last until we check out. The network of Sailor Apartment is also very good."
