Crystal Palace Hotel

Terrible, just terrible. I'm not a ***** or super fastidious... I travel a lot around the world, camping, staying with families, in simple accommodations. But I've never seen anything so dirty. The chair had a white cover - with brown skid marks. In addition, there are only stains on the carpet - the promised internet can only be received at the "reception", you don't get a code, you can only scan a QR code. This works great with a laptop. The bed wasn't made and there was still dark hair from the previous person. When I came back from reception (internet) and turned on the light, the floor was alive. About 3 - 5 cm tall animals, more than 10 of them ran across my floor. The receptionist who was brought in wanted to kill someone with a brush... So I insisted on a room change. It went up, perhaps safe from animals. The key in the first room didn't work at all, and in the second the receptionist couldn't turn on the air conditioning. In the third room everything was okay - I wanted to go to bed when the lady said that the toilet wasn't working. I hadn't even tried it yet. But there was really no water. THAT was the point where I insisted on calling another hotel. The only answer was that you could call them, but you didn't have a number (well, I did!) and there was no refund. I didn't care at that point. Next day 3 emails that I would get the money back...
