My daughter her friend and I decided to take a trip and my daughter decided she wanted to go to Lake Michigan. We chose hotel based on distance. We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and employees were extremely nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It gets worse each stay, and this will be the last time i stay here. No matter how many times i get keys, they have trouble working properly. The elevator caught fire and was out my entire stay being on the top floor. One bed was missing the fitted sheet, and room service never showed up. Bugs were on the bathroom floor. Check out was fun making multiple trips up and down the stairs because the elevator still did not function.
