The hotel has a great view and is 20 minutes by taxi to the city center. The service staff is very friendly!

This was our first time staying at the hotel. Previously we have only done lunch. Even though I think the menu could be more exciting, the food is truly great. The reception service is also quite nice, but at the restaurant I did find some cheekiness that was later compensated for.
They have a great wine/drink selection and the breakfast was also good, even though there was some issue with dated cheese at the morning buffet.
The rooms are big, beds ar comfortable and the view is quite amazing. The spa is small, but massages great!
The location of this hotel, if you want to be a bit off from Palma (city), but closer to places such as Puerto portals, well if so - yes book this hotel!
The service could be a little bit more attentive to the guests that have the sunbeds on the cliffs, but this is just minor since the staff who worked there were really great.

It would be a beautiful, perfectly located gem right by the sea, but unfortunately it has become very old, carelessly managed, neglected, poor service and unfortunately the food is no longer good. Hotel corridors are dirty, rooms are extremely thin, terrace is completely neglected (not cleaned, empty flower boxes), bathroom has moldy and dirty joints, shower holder broken off, etc. etc. The staff (apart from breakfast) are not friendly, we have never experienced such an impersonal check-in at reception before. The most disappointing thing was the evening meal - completely overpriced and, above all, not good - the previous head chef must have gone missing. All in all, a really disappointing week - we won't be coming back - unfortunately, because it would actually be a wonderful place if the hotel were well managed.
