"The environment, rooms, and breakfast were all good. It's a 25-minute bus ride from Palma Old Town. The biggest problem was that they deliberately didn't clean my room. I left at 11 am with a green "rooms are clean" sign, but when I returned, it wasn't cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask why, and they showed me a red "Do Not Disturb" sign that housekeeping had photographed at 3 pm. However, when I returned at 10 pm that day, the "rooms are clean" sign was still green, and the room hadn't been cleaned. I strongly suspect they deliberately flipped it over, photographed it, and then changed it back. It's disgusting."

"The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, and having breakfast there each morning is an absolute privilege. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making guests feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast team is equally attentive and provides outstanding service, even during busy or challenging situations. The restaurant impresses not only with its spectacular location but also with the excellent quality of its food and carefully selected ingredients. The hotel is not particularly well suited for young children unless they are able to entertain themselves independently or, for example, enjoy spending time together jumping into the sea with other children."

"We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were so lovely and made us feel special from the moment we walked through. The room, reception and outside area were clean and in excellent condition. We honestly would have been happy to just stay in the hotel by the pool. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby which helped and great buses into Palma and the airport made our stay convenient. We would highly recommend."

"This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room. Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available. Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap. The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground. The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily. The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day. But the hotel room is still good, and it looks OK."

"This was our third visit to Portals Hills and once again, it did not disappoint. If you're looking for a jumping hotel, this is not it. It's beautifully situated on the hillside, all rooms face towards the sea, and a short walk to cafes/bars/shops etc and the beach. It has an airy, open, relaxing atmosphere, the rooms are very clean and spacious with balconies, food is excellent and there are always plenty sunbeds! There is a small gym with 3 or 4 machines, weights and yoga/pilates equipment and also a beauty room. Service is excellent in all areas of the hotel. We have always visited in June as the temperature suits us then."
