Visitors use room key to open main doors--which I appreciated. Our place on the 2nd floor was quite good. Breakfast, 4 hot options, plus regular fare--Breakfast included is always a bonus in my book. Restaurant next door had good food and so close! Driving in Portland can be a pain, but my hotel shuttle to the airport was quick. Did not use the pool due to time and very hot (100F). Always bring my own pillows. Had some issues on next stay on main floor, but relayed to mgmt. Would stay again. BW seems to be fairly consistently good.
